Our website offers online bookings for tours in Corfu and beyond. All tour details, prices, and availability are listed on the respective tour pages.

2) Scope
These Terms govern the use of the Website and any booking/purchase of services (tours, excursions, transfers, activities) made through the Website or confirmed by us. By completing a booking, you confirm you have read and accepted these Terms and the Cancellation/Reschedule Policy.
3) Bookings – Confirmation
All bookings are processed through WooCommerce and Viva Wallet. Full payment is required at the time of booking unless. A booking is only valid once the payment is confirmed via Viva Wallet. stated otherwise.
A booking is confirmed when:
(a) payment is successfully completed, and
(b) a confirmation email/voucher is issued.
You are responsible for checking the booking details (date/time, number of participants, meeting point).
4) Prices – What’s included
Prices and inclusions are described on each tour page. Unless clearly stated, prices do not include personal expenses, tips, or third‑party charges. All prices are listed in EUR (€). We reserve the right to change prices without prior notice. Confirmed bookings are not affected by any price changes.
5) Payments
Payments are processed via Viva Wallet (Viva Smart Checkout). We do not store full card details.
6) Meeting point – Timing – Late arrivals
All times are local (Greece local time). Departures are strictly on time as stated in your confirmation. Late arrival may result in loss of participation (no‑show) with no reschedule or refund.
7) Right of withdrawal (important notice)
Our services are provided on a specific date/time. For leisure/tour services provided on a specific date or period, EU rules provide an exception to the standard 14‑day withdrawal right in certain cases.
8) CANCELLATION – RESCHEDULE – REFUND POLICY
8.1 Customer cancellations – Refunds
All bookings are final and non‑refundable for customer cancellations.
8.2 Customer reschedule
One (1) reschedule is allowed only if requested no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time and subject to availability. Requests within 24 hours are not accepted.
If the new date/service has a higher price, you must pay the difference. If it has a lower price, no partial refund is provided.
8.3 No‑show
Failure to show up at the meeting point or missing departure due to late arrival is a no‑show and is not eligible for reschedule or refund.
8.4 Operator cancellation (we cancel)
If we cancel the tour/service (for any reason, including force majeure), we provide rescheduling within 30 days from the original date, subject to availability, with no cash refund.
Exception: Cash refunds are provided only where required by mandatory law.
8.5 How to request changes
All requests must be submitted in writing to info@corfucitytours.com quoting your booking/order number.
Requests via phone or social media are not considered official.
9) Fitness to participate
You are responsible for ensuring the activity is suitable for your health/mobility and for informing us in advance of important requirements.
10) Limitation of liability
We are not responsible for:
loss/theft of personal belongings.
Delays or cancellations due to force majeure (e.g. weather conditions)
Incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer (e.g. wrong email or phone number)
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the relevant service.
11) Governing law
These Terms are governed by Greek law. We aim to resolve any issue first through written communication.
12) Intellectual Property
All content on this website (text, images, logos) is the intellectual property of the Company and may not be copied or reproduced without written permission.
